Key Responsibilities

As the Branch Manager at Newman Toyota, you will:

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team across Sales, Service, and Parts departments.
  • Drive dealership performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless workflow and compliance with Toyota standards.
  • Develop and implement local marketing and business growth strategies.
  • Build strong customer and community relationships to promote brand loyalty.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial targets.
  • Maintain high standards of presentation, safety, and workplace culture.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in automotive dealership management or a senior leadership role, (Service Manager, or similar). Strong leadership, communication, and business acumen skills.
  • A customer-first mindset with a focus on quality service and retention.
  • Ability to interpret financial data, manage budgets, and meet business targets.
  • Excellent organisational and people management skills.
  • Current Driver's Licence (mandatory).
  • Toyota experience or familiarity with dealership systems (Revolution, Tune, or similar) will be highly regarded.
