About You
You're an experienced and passionate Occupational Therapist with strong clinical reasoning and a commitment to client-centred supports. You thrive in multidisciplinary teams, lead by example, and support others through supervision and mentoring. You are flexible and responsive to the needs of staff and clients. Your everyday actions are guided by your strong values, including integrity, empathy and inclusiveness.
About The Role
As an experienced Occupational Therapist at Novita, based in Murray Bridge, you will:
- Manage a diverse and complex caseload, delivering evidence-based assessments and tailored programs of support
- Provide clinical leadership by supervising early career occupational therapists and supporting their professional development
- Lead by example in the delivery of evidence-based, client-centred therapeutic supports
- Contribute to service innovation within your own caseload and across the whole organisation by developing community-based programs and enhancing service delivery
- Actively participate in service planning, client reviews, and multidisciplinary decision-making
- Work closely with other senior clinicians, team leaders and clinical leads to support positive team culture and improve service delivery

What You'll Need Before Starting
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Current registration with AHPRA and the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia
- Current Driver's License
- Current NDIS Worker Check and SA Working with Children Check (must be completed before starting)
- Child Safe Environments training (Through Your Eyes)
- Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module: Quality, Safety and You
- First Aid certificate (Desirable)
