About the role

Ruse Early Learning Centre in Ruse NSW 2560 is seeking a full-time Certificate III/Diploma trained educator to join our dedicated team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality early childhood education and care to our young learners, supporting their social, emotional, and cognitive development.

What you'll be doing

  1. Delivering engaging and age-appropriate educational programs to children aged 0-5 years
  2. Observing and documenting children's progress, and using this information to plan individualised learning experiences
  3. Ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children to learn and thrive
  4. Building strong relationships with families and involving them in their child's learning journey
  5. Collaborating with the wider team to contribute to the continuous improvement of our centre
  6. Adhering to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

What we're looking for

  1. A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
  2. A genuine passion for supporting the development of young children
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  4. A collaborative and adaptable approach to your work
  5. A current Working with Children Check
