Job description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Educator with a Certificate 3 or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a safe, stimulating, and educational environment for children in our care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement age-appropriate educational programs
  • Provide a safe and supportive environment for children
  • Build positive relationships with children, families, and educators
  • Implementation of the NQF & EYLF Programs into the Centre's educational program
  • Observe and document children's development
  • Maintain a clean and organized environment

Requirements:

  • Certificate 3 or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Working with Children Check
  • Chilld Protection training
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge of EYLF & NQF with the ability to implement these into the Centre's educational program
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
