Over the decades, we have evolved into a trusted provider of health and community services while remaining deeply connected to the cultural values, traditions, and aspirations of the community we serve.  Today, Kambu Health employs over 100 dedicated staff, offering a comprehensive range of integrated services, including primary, allied and specialist health services, early childhood education, and family support programs, across multiple clinics and community centres.

About the role

  • Site located at Family Wellbeing Service Laidley
  • Full time, 38 hours/week
  • Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:06pm
  • 12 months fixed term

In this rewarding front-facing role based in Laidley, you'll be a vital part of our Family Wellbeing Service, providing compassionate and professional support to individuals and families in our community. Whether by phone, email, or in person, you'll be the first point of contact—listening with empathy, responding to inquiries, and addressing concerns in a timely and respectful manner.

About the successful applicant

To be successful in this role, you will:

Selection Criteria:

  • Demonstrated experience in delivering high-quality customer service across a range of channels
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and other computer systems, with strong general IT literacy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
  • Strong ability to assess incoming tasks and prioritise effectively based on urgency and importance
  • Sound understanding of Child Safety frameworks, relevant legislation, and mandatory reporting requirements
  • A qualification in Community Services or a related field is highly regarded, though not essential

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Current Working with Children Check – Blue Card or ability to gain
  • Current Open Driver's Licence
