About This Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and suitably qualified AFL Coach to join our team on a casual basis.

  • Engaged for approximately 4 to 6 hours per week across the AFL season for the coaching responsibility of one team and the lead up to the season.
  • You must be available to work Wednesdays and attend selected tournaments and specific training sessions before and after school throughout the season.
  • Season dates: September to November 2025.
  • Preferred start date is 26 August 2025.

Applicants may enquire with the Director of Sports regarding the option to coach more than one team per season depending on their suitability and availability to do so.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Appropriate/relevant coaching credentials and experience.
  • Passion and strong knowledge of sport and the ability to develop a positive team spirit and an attitude of sportsmanship and fair play.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and can communicate sensitively and confidently with parents, students and other staff.
  • Highly organised and take pride in planning and preparation of training sessions.
  • Valid driver's licence and ability to travel independently between sites.
  • Provide a current First Aid Certificate and CPR Certificate.
