AFL Coach

About the Role:

The role of AFL Coach is a casual contract position that requires enthusiasm and commitment to health and physical activity.

  • This position is part-time, requiring a flexible schedule to accommodate morning, afternoon, and weekend work.
  • Successful applicants will have a passion for coaching and establishing positive relationships with students, colleagues, and the wider community.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement engaging AFL training programs for students.
  2. Mentor and support student-athletes to enhance their skills and confidence.
  3. Foster a culture of respect, inclusivity, and sportsmanship among team members.
Requirements:
  • Relevant coaching qualifications and experience in AFL or similar sports.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
