As a Product Support Technician, you'll play a key role in supporting our customers and keeping Epiroc's equipment performing at its best.

You'll:

• Build strong relationships with customers and teammates
• Carry out repairs, rebuilds and maintenance on Epiroc's underground and surface mining equipment
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and RCS faults
• Conduct both field and workshop-based repairs
• Provide high-level technical support to customers in the region
• Maintain strict safety and compliance standards

• Trade qualification – Mechanical, Heavy Diesel, Electrical or Hydraulic
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
• Experience with heavy mobile plant, rebuilds or field service work
• Epiroc product or rotary blast hole drill experience highly regarded
• Great problem-solving and communication skills
