Come join Population Health as an Application Support Officer where you will provide support and assistance to application managers to manage the resolution of application and system issues that arise. The role will also contribute to the application's ongoing maintenance and support future development. This involves contributing to change, enhancement and defect resolution activities to drive improvement to the user experience.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Demonstrated ability in developing and managing ITIL Service Management processes, primarily incident/problem/test/change and configuration management.
  • Experience in managing the day-to-day system administration of enterprise applications.
  • Well-developed interpersonal, written and oral communication skills including the ability to negotiate, advise, influence others and work collaboratively with people to make decisions. (NHS: Effective and strategic influencing).
