The Glen Hotel is seeking experienced Gaming Attendants to join our award-winning venue in Eight Mile Plains. We're an all-encompassing destination featuring our Deck Bar, Charles Baker Coffee & Donut Shop, Lily Restaurant, Gaming Room, 4.5-star accommodation as well as 5 diverse event spaces and a drive-thru bottle shop.

The Glen is an independent venue, owned by the same family for over 62 years. We are an essential part of our local community, and our team has a genuine passion for hospitality -creating a place where customers feel welcome and comfortable, with a focus on delivering exceptional service alongside our strong food and beverage offerings.

About The Role

We're looking for someone with a strong background gaming who knows how to communicate and connect with regulars as well as our awesome team to bring it all together.

Reporting to the Gaming Manager, your primary responsibility is providing a place where our customers feel at home, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.

Minimum Requirements

We're looking for someone with the following:

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills
  • A sincere focus on building rapport with customers
  • An enthusiastic and positive attitude
  • Knowledge in Gaming, TAB and Keno including TITO

  • Full or flexible availability to fulfill a variety of rotating rostered shifts across evenings, weekends and public holidays in conjunction with the rooms operating hours.

  • RSA & RSG certification

  • Bartending and barista experience (preferred)
  • A genuine passion and enthusiasm for our industry
