ZSG Restaurant Manager's Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of store.
  • Managing all expected key performance indicators i.e., financial & rostering.
  • Supervising & coaching team members to deliver an exceptional ZSG experience.
  • Deliver ZSG food quality & safety standards.

ZSG Restaurant Manager's Skills & Experience

  • Highly motivated natural leader who doesn't hesitate to be hands on.
  • A passion for food and executing restaurant operations.
  • A positive 'can do' attitude.
  • Ability to build an efficient team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experienced Restaurant Management: 2 years minimum (Preferred).
