The Role

We're looking for a proactive and experienced
Communications & Stakeholder Engagement Advisor
to play a key role in shaping how our projects connect with communities and stakeholders. This is your chance to work on major infrastructure projects, including state-significant transport and road upgrades, while being part of a growing, high-impact team at Bielby.

In this role, you'll be empowered to take ownership of engagement activities, manage feedback, and build strong, trusted relationships—all while being supported and mentored by an experienced manager. You'll deliver clear, consistent, and strategic communication, ensuring project teams follow consultation protocols and contribute to positive social outcomes through inclusive, transparent, and proactive engagement.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver community and stakeholder engagement for major projects, building trust and positive relationships.
  • Develop and implement communication plans, materials, and key messages that make an impact.
  • Manage feedback, enquiries, and complaints with professionalism and responsiveness.
  • Coordinate and participate in community events, briefings, and site visits.
  • Monitor community sentiment, providing insights and advice to project teams.
  • Champion social performance initiatives, promoting safety, inclusion, and sustainability.
