Maintenance Electrician

Location: Mascot, NSW (Sydney Airport & wider Sydney as required)

Company: BGIS (Technical Services), Self-Perform Contract

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent, Mobile Role

The Role

We're seeking a Maintenance Electrician to join our established team servicing Sydney Airport and surrounding Mascot sites. You'll provide reactive and preventative maintenance across a wide range of electrical systems, travelling in a company-supplied vehicle while ensuring facilities remain safe, reliable, and fully operational.

What You'll Be Doing


• Provide service, maintenance, and repairs to lighting, power, RCDs, and switchboards

• Complete and document service requests using BGIS systems

• Travel across Sydney Airport and Mascot client sites in a company-supplied vehicle

• Build strong relationships with clients and fellow technicians

• Comply with HSEQ requirements, standards, and BGIS policies

Your Education, Experience & Skills


• Certificate III in Electrotechnology (minimum qualification)

• Relevant commercial electrical maintenance experience (preferred)

• White Card (mandatory)

• Current driver's licence (mandatory)

• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work independently and within a team

• Full working rights in Australia (essential)
