How you will make an impact:

As an Associate Nurse Manager (Night Shift), you'll play a vital leadership role in our Women's Mental Health team. In this overnight position, you'll provide guidance and support to staff, ensure continuity of exceptional patient care, and promote a safe and supportive environment. This is a rewarding opportunity to grow as a leader while making a meaningful difference in a purpose-driven setting.

Key requirements for the role:

• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to effectively guide and motivate a team
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with staff and stakeholders
• High level of organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Flexibility and a positive attitude to adapt to changing situations and maintain a constructive work environment
• Experience in quality improvement and auditing processes to ensure high standards of performance and compliance.

About you:

You are a passionate and skilled Registered Nurse with a strong interest in mental health and leadership. You thrive in dynamic environments, are confident working independently overnight, and are committed to delivering safe, high-quality care and positive outcomes for patients.

You will have:

• AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
• Demonstrated leadership and clinical skills
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
• Working with Children Check (VIC)
• Postgraduate qualification (or currently working towards)
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A commitment to Cabrini's Mission and Values
