We are seeking an experienced Pastry Cook to join our passionate team. You will craft high-quality baked goods using fresh ingredients, including pastries, pies, cakes, and more. You'll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that encourages creativity and professional growth.

What we offer

• Pay $32–$36 per hour (depending on skills and experience)

• Monday to Friday roster – weekends off

• Early starts from 4:30am, approx. 8–10 hours per day depending on production needs

• A supportive team environment in a well-established local bakery

Key Responsibilities

• Produce baked goods using the freshest, high-quality ingredients

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment in line with food safety standards

• Collaborate with the team to create new and innovative products

• Provide excellent customer service and assist with retail sales when required What What

What we're looking for

• Qualified Pastry Cook or strong pastry experience (pies, sausage rolls, cakes, pastries)

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment

• Strong communication and customer service skills
