Key Responsibilities

Actium Partners Pty Ltd is seeking an Intermediate Tax Accountant to join our team in Gledswood Hills, NSW. This full-time role will be responsible for providing high-quality tax and accounting services to our growing client base in our brand new location.

What you'll be doing

  • Preparing and lodging individual and business tax returns
  • Providing tax planning advice and strategies to clients
  • Assisting with the preparation of financial statements and other accounting reports
  • Conducting tax research and analysis to ensure compliance with relevant legislation
  • Liaising with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of our tax and accounting processes

What we're looking for

  • Tertiary qualification in Accounting or a related field
  • Relevant experience of at least 1 - 2 years in a tax accounting role
  • Strong technical knowledge of taxation laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
