Graduate Speech Pathologist – Paediatric Focus (TalkNest Speech Pathology)

We're looking for a passionate Graduate Speech Pathologist to join our growing team at TalkNest Speech Pathology.

This role is primarily paediatric, supporting children across homes, schools, and early learning settings in Melton, surrounding areas, and the Western Suburbs.

Role structure (during probation):

  • 3 days of client work (speech sessions across home and school settings)
  • 1 day for paperwork and planning
  • 1 day for supervision, mentoring, and professional development

As your caseload grows, your hours and pay will increase eventually leading to a full caseload of around 30 clients per week and higher earning potential.

Salary:

Starting at $100,000 total with room for review and progression as your workload builds.
