BubbaDesk Inner West is looking for passionate, nurturing carers to join our founding team in a truly unique early years environment.

About Us

BubbaDesk is a modern coworking space with onsite carers, designed to support parents and their little ones in connected but separate spaces.

We focus on providing calm, consistent care for children aged 0–2 years—free from the traditional demands of programming, documentation, or rigid structure.

The Role

  • Work collaboratively in a small, supportive team of educators and nannies
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with families and children
  • Ensure the smooth, safe, and nurturing daily operation of the centre
  • Uphold compliance and quality standards in a low-stress, caring environment
  • Help shape a positive, community-driven culture aligned with BubbaDesk values

What We're Looking For

Cert III, Diploma, ECT (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)

Or experienced nannies confident with babies under 2 years old

Minimum 5 years' experience (we are not a training facility)

Calm, approachable, and relationship-focused individuals

Bonus points: You're a mum — real-life experience is gold
