About the Role

We are recruiting an Employee Relations Advisor to join a large, fast-paced organisation based in Macquarie Park. This permanent position offers a salary of $110,000 – $120,000 + super and the opportunity to partner closely with leaders across the business on complex and meaningful people matters.

You will provide expert ER advice, lead end-to-end case management, and help ensure fair and consistent outcomes aligned with organisational policies and values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex ER matters including investigations, grievances, bullying and harassment, discrimination and policy breaches.
  • Coach leaders through performance management and disciplinary processes.
  • Support long-term sick leave cases and contribute to matters before the Fair Work Commission.
  • Partner with P&C, WHS, Payroll and leaders across the organisation.

About You

  • 3+ years' experience in ER Advisory within a large, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong experience conducting investigations and providing practical ER advice.
  • Confident stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, ER, IR, Law or related field.
