Role
As a Customer Engagement & Student Advisor, you'll be at the forefront of student support and enrolment. You'll play a key role in managing pre-enrolment enquiries, nurturing hot leads, and handling outbound phone communication with prospective students. This is a dynamic and target-driven role where every interaction is an opportunity to inspire and convert.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and convert inbound and outbound student enquiries into enrolments through storytelling, objection handling, and phone-based communication.
- Follow up hot leads and career fair registrations and maintain CRM records to support sales campaigns and pipeline planning.
- Effectively communicate program benefits, assist with course selection and explain the student journey to prospective learners.
- Partner with the marketing team on outreach campaigns and student engagement initiatives.
- Provide a seamless onboarding experience and pre-enrolment support that aligns with student needs and education compliance standards.
- Support retention by fostering positive student experiences, resolving concerns, and encouraging continuous professional learning.

Essential Requirements:
- Must have 2–3 years' experience in education, professional services sales or a related industry.
- Must have proven background in outbound phone sales or member-based service roles with objection handling skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication (you're persuasive, clear, and empathetic)
- Experience with CRMs and marketing automation tools.
- Confident with KPIs and sales targets
- Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in the education sector.
- Comfortable mentoring others and working with remote team members.
- Emotionally intelligent, optimistic, resilient, and calm under pressure.
