TeleMed Clinic is a multidisciplinary clinic supporting patients in optimising their health through peptides and other sterile compounded medicines. The areas we focus on include anti-ageing and vitality, muscle support, injury repair and recovery, gut health and immunity, mood and sleep, hair loss, weight loss, cognitive health and sexual health.
We are currently seeking an AHPRA-registered Medical Practitioner (unrestricted) to join our network — helping build systems with medico-legal compliance in mind, and consulting and supporting patients across a spectrum of high-demand wellness categories, with the potential to step into a senior role within our leadership team.
The Role
In the role, you will be responsible for:
Maintaining governance and medico-legal compliance with development and/or refinement of policies and SOP
Setting good practice quality standards for prescribing, monitoring, and follow-up.
- Managing patient consultations via telehealth across various specialised categories where needed
- Reviewing and approving personalised treatment plans, where eligible, prepared by Nurse Practitioners
- Onboarding, training new doctors and nurses where needed
- Staying current with evidence-based applications of compounded formulations across sterile and non-sterile therapies
- Helping maintain alignment with evolving best practices, guidelines, and therapeutic innovations
Core Patient Treatment Areas:

Platform Infrastructure
You will be consulting through our advanced telehealth platform — fully integrated with CRM, patient management modules, scheduling systems, e-prescribing, and fulfilment coordination through trusted pharmacy partners specialising in sterile and non-sterile compounded medicines.
Full operational support is provided — allowing you to focus on patient care, not admin.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct final approvals of treatment plans initiated by nurse consultations
- Consult directly with patients where required
- Maintain clinical governance and support and contribute to improvements in practice standards
- Support the recruitment and training of additional prescribers/practitioners
- Serve as a key medical voice as part of our leadership team
About You
- AHPRA-registered Australian Medical Practitioner (unrestricted)
- Background or strong interest in prescribing compounded medicines
- Comfortable with telehealth platforms and remote patient management
- Experience with or openness to personalised medicine, compounding protocols, and wellness-centred treatment planning
- Passion for optimising health and improving patient outcomes across preventive, wellness, and longevity therapies
- Strong leadership mindset
