Kennel Supervisor

We're now looking for a passionate Kennel Supervisor to join our team and help us continue to deliver the first-class service our clients expect as well as helping to shape a team culture that's positive, professional and driven by compassion.

Supporting the Resort Manager, this is more than just a animal attendant role – it's a chance to step into leadership within a highly regarded, Government Code of Practice approved and Pet Industry Association of Australia member facility.

We are looking for:

· –3 years' proven leadership experience (animal care or related industries ideal).

·       Exceptional people skills – approachable, supportive and able to build positive team culture.

·       Strong customer service and communication skills.

·       A proactive, solutions-focused approach.

·       Flexibility to work weekends and holiday periods.

·       Driver's licence and reliable transport.

Desirable extras:

·       Qualifications in Animal Services, Behaviour or Management.

·       Dog training or behavioural knowledge.

·       Confidence with reservation systems or new operating platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise, motivate and support kennel staff, ensuring policies and standards are consistently followed.

Partner with the Resort Manager to oversee smooth day-to-day operations.

Ensure the highest standards of care, safety and wellbeing for all pets.

Deliver memorable client experiences and foster long-term customer loyalty.

Oversee rostering, recruitment, training and staff development.

Support business operations including financial reporting, stock management and WHS compliance.
