Your role will include:
  • Overseeing day-to-day store operations – tyre and mechanical services
  • Leading and motivating a skilled team of techs and fitters
  • Managing workflow, parts ordering, inventory and job scheduling
  • Being the front face of the business – handling sales, building trust with customers, and providing outstanding service
  • Coordinating customer bookings and job allocations across the team
  • Driving team performance and delivering strong business results
  • Ensuring a safe, efficient, clean and productive workspace
What we're looking for:
  • Proven leadership experience in a similar hands-on role
  • Background in automotive, mechanical and tyre industry sales
  • Someone who's honest, reliable and leads with integrity
  • Motivated, energetic and always looking for ways to improve and grow
  • Available to work Saturdays as part of a full-time roster
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A people-first mindset – someone who can build rapport with staff and customers alike
