What You'll Be Doing

As a key member of our shutdown team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Reading and executing work instructions to maintain high standards
  • Safely selecting and using rigging gear to lift, move, and install plant components
  • Aligning, levelling, and securing steelwork, piping, and equipment
  • Conducting inspections and tagging of rigging equipment as required
  • Participating in or leading dual crane lifts and assembling cranes if necessary
  • Following safety procedures and maintaining a clean work environment
  • Complying with all site-specific and company OH&S requirements

What You Bring

  • A strong commitment to safety
  • Minimum 2 years of continuous rigging experience (mining or similar industry)
  • Rigging High-Risk License (RI or RA) – Intermediate or Advanced
  • White Card
  • Valid Australian Driver's Licence
  • Unrestricted Australian work rights

Additional Site Requirements:
- Working at Heights Ticket - (must be valid within 2 years):
- Confined Space Ticket - (must be valid within 2 years):
- Mask Fit Test - Karara is a clean shaven Mine Site
