The Opportunity:

Do you have the drive, skills and ability to work with us as part of our team? Kent is seeking an experienced Offshore Desktop Support Technician to join our team during the hook-up and commissioning of a new offshore asset. This FIFO offers the opportunity to deliver hands-on IT support across desktop systems, applications, and hardware while acting as the first point of contact for technical issues. You'll provide frontline troubleshooting, escalating complex matters, and collaborating with our Digital Services team to drive system improvements. With a background in enterprise IT support and ideally oil & gas experience, you'll bring strong problem-solving skills, a team-focused mindset, and the ability to support users in a dynamic offshore environment.

In this role, some of the following duties you will undertake but not limited to:

• Deliver hands-on support for desktop systems and peripheral devices, resolving incidents and technical issues.
• Escalate and follow up on advanced problems requiring specialist intervention.
• Provide basic user training to help staff troubleshoot common IT issues.
• Collaborate with the Digital Services team to implement system upgrades and performance improvements.
