Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Hospitality Allrounder to join our team. This role involves a diverse range of tasks, making it an ideal fit for individuals who enjoy a variety of hospitality roles. You'll rotate through different departments, including Front Desk, Events, Bartending, Kitchen Hand, and Housekeeping duties, ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment. Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk:

• Welcome and check-in guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Assist with guest inquiries, reservations, and check-out procedures.
• Provide information about our facilities and local attractions.
• Handle guest requests and ensure their comfort during their stay.

Events:

• Assist in setting up and organizing events, conferences, and functions.
• Coordinate with event planners and ensure all details are executed flawlessly.
• Provide excellent service to event attendees and guests.
• Help with event cleanup and breakdown.

Bartending:

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine.
• Engage with customers, take orders, and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service and monitor guest intoxication levels.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area.

Kitchen Hand:

• Assist with food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and plating.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized kitchen environment.
• Support chefs and kitchen staff as needed.
• Wash dishes and kitchen equipment.

Housekeeping:

• Clean and service guest rooms, ensuring high cleanliness standards are met.
• Change linens, make beds, vacuum carpets, and dust furniture.
• Replenish amenities and supplies in guest rooms.
• Ensure cleanliness and tidiness in public areas.
• Report maintenance or repair issues promptly.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in one or more of the following areas is preferred: front desk, events, bartending, kitchen hand, or housekeeping.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
• A positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
• Flexibility to work in various areas of the establishment.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing tasks and responsibilities.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
