We are expanding our Sunshine Coast team and looking for skilled labourers with concreting and steel fixing experience to join us. If you're reliable, safety-focused, and want steady work on important community projects, we'd love to hear from you.

This opportunity is perfect for people eager to build a long-term career while working with industry experts.

What will you be doing?

  • Installation, maintenance and repair of stormwater, sewerage, water and related infrastructure
  • Pipeline construction and maintenance
  • Concreting works including screeding, trowelling, edging, floating, broom finishing and curing.
  • Operation of MR tipper trucks and other heavy equipment
  • General labouring duties including manual handling, pipe laying, restoration works, machinery spotting, confined space entry, welding and other civil construction duties.

About you:

  • Experience in civil construction (water, sewer and pipeline construction preferred but not essential)
  • Concreting experience
  • Construction Induction White Card
  • MR licence
  • Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Experience (not essential)

  • Pipe laying
  • Confined space and working at heights tickets
