The Role:
We are seeking a talented UI and UX designer with a passion for creating compelling user experiences based on data analytics and modern web design aesthetics. You will be part of an energetic team and work closely with our technical, creative, and marketing leads to build a world-class, cutting-edge iGaming experience.

Experience in the iGaming industry is highly desirable, and you will be able to execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to the tech team to create beautiful, intuitive, and functional designs. This is a great opportunity for an experienced UI and UX designer to get involved from the start with an exciting brand with huge ambitions.

Key Responsibilities and Skills:

- Ability to gather, interpret, and analyse detailed UI/UX design requirements
- Design new icons, modules and other graphics for website and digital marketing campaigns based on our brand aesthetic and values
- Effectively communicate design choices to the team
- Produce detailed wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes
- Test prototypes and provide feedback
- Collaborate in the design of eDM templates and dynamic content for external campaigns based on new or promoted website features
- Stay current with the latest Web trends, techniques, and technologies

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years’ UI/UX design experience within a commercial setting
- High level graphic design skills in Figma and the Adobe suite (including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator)
- A user-centric, conceptual thinker with the ability to translate test findings into user journeys, wireframes, and intuitive interactive prototypes
- A solid design portfolio that demonstrates previous experience and completed projects
- Great time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once while promptly flagging any current or potential roadblocks with the team
- Enjoy working collaboratively with senior management, design/tech team members and external partners to achieve goals
- Knowledge of good practices with HTML and CSS
- English fluency

Highly Desirable:

- Experience within the iGaming industry
- Proficiency using online collaboration and project management software such as Jira, Confluence and Slack
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite
- Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Sheets, Docs)
- Motion graphics experience using Adobe After Effects or similar
- Knowledge of JS and PHP
