MAK Diesel & Earthmoving is looking for a driven individual to join our Darwin branch to lead the Admin/Parts Department. This a full-time office-based role with the potential for career progression for the right candidate.

This role's responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Parts interpreting.
  • Stock control.
  • Provide high-level customer service to customers
  • Counter & phone parts sales.
  • Sourcing and dispatching orders.
  • Preparing customer Quotes and Invoices.
  • Customer/branch support duties.
  • Provide Administration support
  • General data entry

The ideal candidate for this role will:

  • Possess a manual driver's licence.
  • Possess a current forklift ticket.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Have an enthusiastic attitude and an interest in the Construction Machinery & Transport Vehicle industries.
  • Previous experience with either a Parts Interpreter or Administration
  • Be customer-focused and results driven.
  • Exceptional customer support skills, a friendly manner and willingness to help
  • Superior attention to detail
  • Ability to work closely within a team environment
