Admin/Parts Interpreter

MAK Diesel & Earthmoving is looking for a driven individual to join our Darwin branch to lead the Admin/Parts Department. This a full-time office-based role with the potential for career progression for the right candidate.
This role's responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Parts interpreting.
- Stock control.
- Provide high-level customer service to customers
- Counter & phone parts sales.
- Sourcing and dispatching orders.
- Preparing customer Quotes and Invoices.
- Customer/branch support duties.
- Provide Administration support
- General data entry
The ideal candidate for this role will:
- Possess a manual driver's licence.
- Possess a current forklift ticket.
- Exhibit excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Have an enthusiastic attitude and an interest in the Construction Machinery & Transport Vehicle industries.
- Previous experience with either a Parts Interpreter or Administration
- Be customer-focused and results driven.
- Exceptional customer support skills, a friendly manner and willingness to help
- Superior attention to detail
- Ability to work closely within a team environment
