Are you looking for your next health and fitness role? Snap Fitness in Concord West is looking for a Superstar Club Manager with a Passion for health and fitness, A drive for success and willingness to learn to JOIN OUR TEAM.
We are looking for a fitness professional who has proven sales experience, and who is highly organised with great computer skills. They will be happy and positive with an outgoing personality. The suitable candidate will have a Strong Fitness background with either a desire to take the next step to a management position or someone who already has gym management experience.
To excel in the role of Club Manager you will require:
- A proven track record of setting, achieving and surpassing LEAD GENERATION and SALES Targets
- Outstanding customer service and people skills
- Excellent Leadership Skills
- Previous experience in the sales and retention of health club memberships is not essential but will assist candidates.
- Strong marketing experience
- Successful candidates will have strong people and management skills, love health and fitness, have the desire to learn and grow, and possess keen organisational skills/ ability to work under pressure.
- Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft suite is important, including but not limited to; Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
- Proven success in outreach and community engagement (highly regarded)
- The ability to forward think and plan for success
- A passion for promoting health and fitness in our communities is essential as well as an ability to operate a business within its pre-existing systems and structure.
- Eye for detail and strong administration skills
- Be a team player and be WILLING to learn and grow with the club
- They will be a "jack-of-all-trades" and ready to join a supportive and close-knit family team.
- PRESALES Experience within the Health and Fitness industry will be a bonus

To be considered for this role you must hold the following:
- Minimum Certificate III in Fitness.
- First Aid and CPR Certificate.
- Blue card required.
- Be a team player
