We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Admin/Data Entry Clerk to join our administrative team. This role is essential to keeping our office running smoothly and supporting our field technicians with accurate and timely data entry and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter job details, customer information, and service reports into our database/system
- Update and maintain company records, including invoices, quotes, and purchase orders
- Assist with scheduling and dispatching jobs to technicians
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to basic customer queries
- Maintain filing systems and digital records in an organized manner
- Process incoming and outgoing emails and documents
- Support the admin and operations team with general office duties as required
- Liaise with suppliers and customers when needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a data entry or administrative role (experience in a trades or plumbing environment is a bonus)
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a busy environment and manage time effectively
- A friendly, professional manner and a team-player attitude
