Job Description: 

· Assist in creating and maintaining detailed network engineering documentation, including diagrams, configuration files, and process workflows.

· Support the NOC by ensuring all documentation is accurate, comprehensive, and easy to understand for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

· Collaborate with NOC engineers to gather information and update existing documentation to reflect the current network infrastructure and operational procedures.

· Assist in the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices documentation.

· Participate in periodic reviews and audits of documentation to ensure compliance with organizational standards and industry best practices.

· Provide documentation support for network changes, incidents, and problem resolutions, contributing to the continuous improvement of NOC operations.

Qualifications:

· Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Networking, Technical Writing, or a related field.

Preferred Skills:

· Basic understanding of networking concepts and the OSI Model (L1 through L4).

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and translate technical information into clear, concise documentation.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with documentation tools and software.

· Familiarity with LAN/WAN/MAN technologies.

· Interest in LTE and VPN technologies.

· Experience with technical writing or documentation in a technical environment.

· Ability to actively engage with team members and contribute to a collaborative work environment.

· Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies used in network documentation.
