Part-Time L&D Manager: Sustainability-Focused, Design-Led Brand

Join a fast-growing, values-led consumer brand known for its bold design and commitment to sustainability. We're looking for an experienced
Learning & Development Manager
to build and lead fit-for-purpose, brand-first training programs that embed learning into the flow of work.

What you'll do:

Stand up lightweight L&D operations

Build a practical learning library (templates, playbooks, checklists)

Deliver short, engaging learning experiences with clear metrics

Partner closely with functional leaders across retail, product, logistics & leadership

Bring our purpose and values to life through every training touchpoint

You bring:

Strong L&D experience in retail – ideally high-end / fast-growth, brand-driven

Hands-on, outcomes-first approach (not policy-heavy)

Confidence building foundational L&D systems

Experience enabling internal retail teams and trade partners

This is ideally a freelance opportunity but for the right person our client is open to other engagement models.
