Salary:$86,600 - $126,795 (pending experience)

What we are looking for:

Applications are invited from qualified and enthusiastic educators to join the teaching staff of Emmaus College. We are seeking full-time teachers, to teach in the below subject areas. These are full-time permanent positions, commencing 19 January 2026.

We welcome applications from registered teachers who can teach in any or a combination of the following subjects.

• Inclusive Curriculum
• Chemistry
• Science (Junior)
• Religion
• English
• HPE (ability to teach Certificate III in Fitness would be advantageous)
• Visual Art
• Digital Solutions

Teachers of other subject areas are welcome to apply.

Applicants who possess the following are encouraged to apply:

• Relevant tertiary qualification
• Appropriate qualities, knowledge and skills to provide a relevant and holistic education
• Eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment
• A desire to serve the communities located within the diocese of Rockhampton

• Relevant tertiary qualifications and the ability to obtain approved Queensland College of Teachers Registration
