We're Hiring: Barista / All-Rounder at Dipcro

Dipcro is looking for a reliable and energetic All-Rounder to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who loves working in a café environment and thrives on delivering excellent customer service.

Most importantly:

  • You must have great people skills – friendly, approachable, and able to create a welcoming experience for our customers.

What the job includes:

  • Taking orders and serving customers with a smile
  • Keeping the café clean and welcoming
  • General customer service and support across the floor
  • Barista skills are a plus point (must include a latte art photo in your resume/application)

Who can apply:

  • Must be currently in Australia (we do not hire offshore applications)
  • Juniors are welcome for part-time work (great first job opportunity)

Pay Rate:

  • Paid under the Hospitality Award rate
