About the role

Sheahan Built Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Office Manager / Sales professional to join their team in Roma, Queensland. This full-time position is a crucial role within the company, responsible for overseeing all office operations and supporting the business's sales efforts.

What you'll be doing

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the office, including administrative tasks, reception duties, and coordinating with other departments
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients and potential customers, handling inquiries and following up on sales leads
  • Assisting with the preparation of quotes, contracts, and other sales-related documentation
  • Maintaining accurate records and databases, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies
  • Providing general administrative support to the wider team as needed

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative/sales role
  • Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
  • Preferrably be familiar with XERO accounting program, spread sheets & word.
  • Knowledge of office management best practices and procedures
  • A positive, proactive, and adaptable mindset
