What's the role?

We are seeking experienced, locally based MC Drivers to join the Qube team in Gladstone, to transport dangerous goods from our depot to local and regional sites across the Bowen Basin.

To be successful in this role, it is essential that candidates have:

  • Current Unrestricted MC Licence
  • Current Dangerous Goods Licence (or ability to obtain one)
  • Ability to pass pre-employment medicals
  • Prior road train experience
  • Good knowledge of load restraint guidelines
  • Good mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
  • A positive attitude towards the transport industry
  • Basic Fatigue Management accreditation

The following is preferable, but not essential and we will provide training for:

  • Dangerous Goods Licence
  • SSAN Security Clearance
  • Standard 11

  • To be paid to the referrer upon commencement of employee

Sign-On Bonus (Residential only)

  • $1000 paid on completion of 1 month's employment
  • $1000 paid on completion of 3 months employment
  • $1000 paid on completion of 6 months employment

This is a residential role only, so candidates must either live in or be willing to relocate to Gladstone.
