Our Midvale Engineering Workshop plays a critical role in delivering technical excellence—and we're looking for a Supply Officer to help keep it running smoothly.
About the Role:
As our Supply Officer, you'll be the backbone of our inventory and logistics operations. You'll manage the flow of spare parts and consumables, support engineering builds, and ensure our workshop is stocked, organised, and efficient.
Key Responsibilities
• Purchase, receive, and dispatch inventory items
• Coordinate freight bookings and internal transfers
• Approve invoices and maintain accurate records
• Perform monthly stocktakes and manage stock levels
• Support warranty replacements and equipment tracking
• Assist with workshop housekeeping and equipment cleaning
What You'll Bring:
• Experience with MYOB Greentree or similar systems
• Proficiency in Excel and Outlook
• Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Mechanical/technical aptitude and commitment to safety
