Join one of Victoria's most respected jewellers with over 97 years of success. JM Leech Jewellers Bendigo is looking for a motivated Full-Time Sales Professional to join our team.

About Us

Our Bendigo store showcases leading jewellery and watch brands such as Von Treskow, Georgini, Coeur De Leon, Bronzeallure, Citizen, Maserati, Cluse and more. We also feature a dedicated Bridal Studio with an extensive range of diamond, wedding, and anniversary rings — plus the opportunity to collaborate with customers on designing their perfect piece. With an on-site workshop, we also bring repairs and custom creations to life.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service.
  • Help customers choose or design meaningful jewellery pieces.
  • Contribute to achieving team goals and store success.
  • Work confidently with premium jewellery and designer brands.
  • Thrive in a supportive, professional retail environment.

About You

  • Professional presentation and a passion for jewellery/fashion.
  • Reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Able to work well both independently and in a team.
  • Previous jewellery or luxury retail experience is an advantage, but full training is provided.
