RUSH roasting co is a multi award winning specialty coffee roaster located in Bowral, NSW with a strong wholesale business and retail cafes. Our business has successfully worked through CV19 and the cost of living crisis due to our strong management team. We have a sound business model for growth and we are currently restructuring our business for 2026.

We have an exciting and unique coffee roasting site which is trading well and have key positions available. Our business is growing and so is our team.

We are on the look out for a CHEF, COOK who is passionate about coffee, food and the cafe industry and wanting to work with the best team of coffee roasters and baristas in the Southern Highlands. You also need to be willing to engage with our customers.

This is a great opportunity to be working with one of the biggest & busiest cafe business as well as with the most innovative, proactive, and forward thinking coffee roasting business in the Southern Highlands. We are looking for people who crave to work in a team environment, are open minded to new ideas & change and who are willing to give our customers the best value experience. You will need to be well presented, punctual, enthusiastic and most of all a team player. On this occasion experience will be preferential.

We would love to meet and work with somene who cant wait to bring their own menu ideas to the table.

This is a FULL TIME or CASUAL position with around hours per week We are happy to discuss Full Time/Perm Part Time as well as visa sponsorship for the right people.
