About the opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Risk and Resilience Advisor (Technology & Projects) to join VicRoads and play a key role in strengthening our enterprise risk and business continuity capabilities. • Demonstrated success supporting implementation of risk management and business continuity frameworks in complex environments

  • In-depth knowledge of technology, digital systems, cyber security, and project risk management

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels

  • Experienced in designing and delivering tailored training sessions to enhance risk awareness and capability

  • Skilled in producing clear, concise, and actionable risk reports and documentation for diverse audiences

  • Agile mindset with the ability to prioritise unstructured tasks and work independently or collaboratively

  • Familiarity with data analysis, automated testing, and risk-related technology solutions to identify trends and emerging risks
