Due to business growth, Carco has an exciting career opportunity for a motivated and organised Stock Controllerto join our vibrant, collaborative team.

The Stock Controllerrole is an integral & critical role in our dealership with responsibility for the efficient organisation & management of vehicle stock ensuring the smooth & timely delivery of Customer vehicles.

ROLE:

  • Stock and administration management
  • Co-ordination of Vehicle logistics & transportation
  • Preparation and processing forward order entry
  • Liaise with & prepare Pre-Delivery repair orders

  • Relationship building within the franchise network

  • Managing vehicle swaps with other dealers including organising transport, invoicing & raising purchase orders

  • Processing RDA on manufacturer's portal
  • Involved with floorplan management

  • Conscientious and diligent, taking full ownership for tasks & duties.
  • Excellent communication & relationship building skills and strong computer literacy

  • Flexible & adaptable with proven ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Previous dealership experience favourable
