Based at our JLL Adelaide office in the CBD.Being the first point of contact at reception, your warm and welcoming nature will provide genuine hospitality and thoughtful service to all relevant stakeholders. As a thorough administrator, you will maintain smooth operation of the reception and execute all tasks to a high, professional standard.An Overview of the role:Provide leadership and be a key point of contact to the Workplace Services team membersCoordinate staff activities with the wider JLL teamAssess workplace requirements in a dynamic environment and allocate tasks to team membersEnsure adherence to JLL Workplace Health & Safety requirements as well as those of the clientActively encourage an environment which supports teamwork, co-operation and excellence across the Workplace Services Team and identify opportunities for improvementMaintain the provision of client service standards to established policySounds like you?
