Panel Shop Estimator / Assistant Manager required for medium busy shop in Slacks Creek QLD
Must be and have experience in the following
-Writing Damaged quotes on all types of vehicles
-Excellent customer service and answering phone calls
-Experienced in dealing with day to day running of Smash repair shop
-Motivated and Reliable
-Must work well with a medium team
-Organize team and workflow through production.
-Ensure quality repairs are completed to scope within time frame.
-Coach and develop team to improve capability and productivity.
-Check repairs are completed correctly at each stage and, complete final quality assurance sign off.
-Ensure the site is kept clean and safe at all times.
-Develop and maintain key relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
-Two years minimum previous experience in a leadership capacity within a Collision repair environment.
-Trade qualification in Panel Beating or Spray Painting.
-A comprehensive understanding of motor vehicle repair techniques
-Well-developed computer skills and excellent organizational and time management skills.
-Experience working with iBodyshop, Partscheck, Audanet and Estimage an advantage but not necessary.
-Inspirational leadership and great people management skills.
-A focus on site safety, workflow and productivity.
-A commitment to quality and the customer experience.
-The ability to coach and develop team members to improve capability.
