About the role

As a Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant in our Marketing Technology team, you will play a key role in helping our clients transform their data infrastructure and marketing capabilities. From strategy through to implementation, you'll work at the intersection of data, technology, and customer experience—enabling personalised, data-driven engagement at scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement scalable, secure, and performance-optimised Salesforce Data Cloud solutions to support marketing and customer experience initiatives
  • Translate business requirements into data models, segmentation strategies, and real-time activation use cases
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and delivery teams to integrate Data Cloud with Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and external platforms
  • Build and manage data pipelines using SQL, APIs, and scripting languages to ingest and transform data from various sources
  • Implement and advise on best practices for identity resolution, consent management, and data governance within the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Support the execution of personalised campaigns and customer journeys using insights derived from unified customer profiles
  • Provide guidance on CDP strategy, architecture, and implementation frameworks for enterprise clients
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance in line with internal and regulatory requirements.

In this role, you will:

  • Design and implement scalable, customer-centric data solutions focused on Salesforce Data Cloud
  • Translate complex business requirements into actionable, data-driven outcomes
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional project teams to design and activate marketing campaigns powered by Data Cloud
  • Apply your technical expertise across data systems, data models, SQL, and scripting languages (e.g. Python, JavaScript) to support robust ETL processes
  • Develop and manage data pipelines that enable real-time personalisation, segmentation, and insights
  • Contribute to the design of data integration strategies, frameworks, and best practices that drive long-term value
  • Ensure solutions are built to be scalable, secure, and compliant with relevant standards and client needs
  • Keep pace with the latest Salesforce Marketing & Data Cloud capabilities and emerging trends in the MarTech space.
