Clinical Pharmacist – eMedication Management Grade 2 Full Time Position
(40 hours/week with RDO every 4 weeks) and tax effective salary packaging, East Melbourne location, short walk to the CBD
We have a unique opportunity to join our pharmacy team as our Clinical Pharmacist with an electronic medication management responsibility. This role offers the chance to develop digital, clinical, organisational, and interpersonal skills in a newly redeveloped state-of-the-art hospital.

This role is a rotational position with key responsibilities to provide a clinical pharmacy service to patients. In addition, this role has the responsibility for being the Subject Matter Expert for medication related digital health applications and providing medication content support to our Clinical Informatics Team.

About You

  • Registration with AHPRA as a practising pharmacist with no restrictions
  • Experience working as a clinical pharmacist in an Australian hospital setting for a minimum of 2 years
  • Prior experience using electronic prescribing software, preferably Cerner
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
  • Dedicated to promoting medication safety and quality use of medicines
  • Inspired to lead process improvement with electronic medication management
