  • Providing guidance and support to individuals seeking employment within diverse communities.
  • Developing and delivering tailored mentoring programs to assist individuals in overcoming barriers to employment.
  • Building strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and aspirations and providing appropriate support and advice.
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure cohesive delivery of services and maximise client outcomes.
  • Delivering group workshops and one-to-one mentoring sessions to equip individuals with essential employability skills.
  • Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and progress, adhering to confidentiality and data protection policies.
  • Staying abreast of industry trends, best practices, and legislative changes to inform service delivery.
