Production Officer

Must have a car to travel to work & no more than 45min radius from Dural.9am pm with unpaid lunch break.*****Responsibilities *****- Follow Production Plan to achieve deadlines. Liase with team members job goods on back orders & jobs ready for despatch each day.- Ensure Client Embroidery Details & Client Transfer Details are updated for each job & filed in production folders after job is completed every Friday.- Use commercial embroidery machine & heat press to decorate work wear / school wear / promotional goods- Do monthly maintenance with the commercial machine. Recording of maintenance history & technical issues/ faults/ rectifications as it happens. Ensure Technician servicing the machines must also fill the folder when they come in once a year.- Trim & Pack goods to be despatched by couriers to procedures- Liase with couriers for pick ups at CIS.- Receive Deliveries to company procedures. Check goods for back orders & quality by day's end to report to Team.- Report machine utilisation & spoilage costs monthly on 1st week of the month.- Quick stocktake of production consumables on the last Fri of the month for purchasing request the next week.- Use embroidery digitising software to digitize names & fix client logo embroidery file by resizing or removing parts / adding textProgramming in Jot Form/ Google Form to support Client Ordering. General Housekeeping duties work area.****Compulsory Skills Requirement****- Must be fit as there is lifting involved. Good eye-sight as there is needle threading.- Able to plan & work in a fast pace environment.- Computer skills to access network files & basic excel spreadsheet use- Able to read , write & communicate in English- sewing skills would be an advantage- Training will be provided to operate the decorating commercial machines, heat press, Digitising software.==> Submit resume with education background & experience===> University / Tafe students in a technical field like engineering or those with some sewing skills.Job Types: Part-time, PermanentPay: $27.00 – $30.00 per hourExpected hours: 15 – 20 per weekWork Location: In person
