What You'll Do:

• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for a room of 23 children.
• Work collaboratively alongside 3 other room educators and our in-house chef.
• Develop and implement age-appropriate learning activities.
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Observe and assess children's development, ensuring they reach their milestones.
• Foster a love of learning through play and exploration.
• Lead and mentor the team alongside the director to deliver high-quality programs for children.
• Participate in on-site managerial training, including learning about Director roles and responsibilities.

What We're Looking For:

• A valid Childcare Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Passion for working with children aged 2-5 years.
• Excellent communication skills and a nurturing attitude.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
