Operating from 7:00am to 6:30pm, we offer a nurturing environment with natural play spaces, open plan rooms filled with natural light, and abundant age-appropriate resources. With both indoor and outdoor play areas, we create the perfect setting for 95 children to explore, grow, and thrive.

Our beautiful team at Oak Park are seeking an
Inclusion Support Educator
who is passionate about supporting children of all abilities to thrive in a nurturing,
inclusive environment, providing tailored support
to help every child feel seen, supported, and included. You will be working alongside our team of amazing Educators to
ensure every child has access to meaningful learning opportunities.
This position is 5 days per week (10am - 3pm) and 5 Hours per day.
About you;

  • You naturally demonstrate a passion for providing high-quality care
  • Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all children
  • Empower children to become independent learners by nurturing curiosity, resilience, and self-awareness
  • Passionate about early childhood education and dedicated to creating engaging learning environments
  • You design thoughtful programming that empowers children as independent learners
  • Inspire inquisitive young minds through meaningful interactions and intentional teaching
  • Create a strong foundation for a lifelong love of learning

What You'll Bring:

  • A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA-approved equivalent
  • A current Working with Children Check
  • Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards
  • Australian Working Rights
  • A professional and friendly personal presentation
  • Confidence and curiosity to build relationships with families and the local community
  • A team-first attitude and a desire to make a difference
  • Two professional references are required, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting
